Weapon Retention

A firearm is the great equalizer. It makes the smaller more vulnerable people in our society safer. This is only true if you can keep it from getting taken from you. The very people that benefit most from having a gun are at the highest risk of being disarmed.

Law enforcement officers and civilians both are killed each year after having their firearms taken. In law enforcement a large portion of the training is focused on weapon retention. This is very often ignored in the civilian world. You will learn how to keep your gun from being taken from the holster, after the draw and in worst case scenario how to recover it if its taken from you. Front attacks, rear attacks, and grounded assaults all are covered in this in-depth course.
